OUR PRINCIPAL
Mark New has over twenty years of progressive experience in HR leadership roles. He enjoys an impressive track record of accomplishments with leading, globally recognized organizations including three of Fortune’s most admired global companies—Johnson & Johnson, Colgate-Palmolive and Sony Corporation. He holds a BS in Communication and an MA in Organizational Behavior and Psychology. Mark has been affiliated with SHRM, HR Planning Society, Organization Development Network, and WorldatWork.
Mark founded The Newmark Group to leverage his deep portfolio of HR expertise, extensive network and entrepreneurial drive to assist top-tier organizations across industries in identifying best in class candidates. As a former HR executive, he has keen insight and a unique perspective in understanding client needs. His comprehensive knowledge of corporate cultures, organization development, the principles of talent management and workplace diversity, make Mark exceptionally suited to perform accurate candidate assessment.
